AGM

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on 7th February 2010. Time 12.30pm. Venue: The Admiral Rodney Hotel, King Street Southwell. We would like all members to attend if possible.

Nominations for election to the Executive Committee must be in writing and be in the hands of the club secretary at least 7 days before the annual general meeting.
